Meet Saani Mohammed: The famous Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper who is now a Police officer

One of the top goalkeepers the Ghana Premier League has seen is Saani Mohammed.

He won the Ghana Premier League in 2002 and the CAF Confederations in 2004 with Hearts of Oak before quitting to join their arch-rival Asante Kotoko

He is now a Police Officer with the Ghana Police Service after hanging up his boots in the late 2000s.

While many have posited that it was his passion for the security service, many have doubts about the earlier made claims.

Whatever the case may be, he is doing well and protecting the interest of the nation.
